Larry Rose. Principal

Larry is the Founder and Principal of The Rose Group, a development and investment firm focused on creating value from underutilized retail assets.  He serves as a  third party developer and partner to large publicly traded REITs and anchor retailers with a focus on redeveloping properties by adding density and other asset classes, including office and residential.

 

Previously, Larry served as a development executive with Kimco Realty where he oversaw and managed all Redevelopment Group projects within Kimco's East Coast portfolio, consisting of 400 properties and over 45 million square feet. Prior to that, he was an executive at Forest City Ratner where he developed and repositioned over 2.0 million square feet of retail space within mixed use developments in New York City and Brooklyn.  

 

Larry has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Vassar College.  He is also a member of ICSC and ULI (Urban Development Mixed Use Council-Purple).
